In a vote of 75 Yeas to 27 Nays, the Louisiana House of  Representatives passed the widely debated House Bill 800 put forth by Chairman Beau Beaullieu.

The bill has garnered national attention and has been contentious, to say the least. Despite not having everyone quite on board, the Louisiana House has passed it through, and it will now be heard and voted on in the Senate.
